Overpriced for horrible service and sub par food. My husband and I took our two children here after leaving the beach. The restaurant was attractive as it was on a dock and you could sit outside as boats came in and out. We waited an hour for our food, and while waiting not once did the waitress ask to refill our drinks, check on us, or explain the wait. The salad bar had lettuce and cucumbers only, not what you would expect for a salad bar even at a cheaper franchise establishment…. when we did get our food, the children’s pizzas were burned and the seafood was awful. Maybe it would not have been so bad had we gotten better service. We ended up paying $87 for a disappointing meal. After paying, the waitress came back to the table before we left to check the receipt for a tip, which we did not leave. I will not return!
Jo Ann Lee. I’ve always loved this restaurant .But was very disappointed when we went there today they would not let you order from menu until 5pm we had to have the buffet .We were driving back to Mobile and could not drink the mimosa ‘s we had to pay 24.95 for the buffet and then they charged us for 2.50 for the tea..And on top of that charged us 20% because we had 10 people ..It really was a disappointing Mothers Day.I hope you will go back to ordering from menu .We did have a very nice waitress her name was Ashley.Every body was very nice .Just didn’t care for food
AWFUL. Rude, terrible, awful service. We waited an hour and a half for food. The waitress didn’t refill our drinks once. I hate the fact that I paid that much for food with terrible service. I normally don’t leave reviews. But this one so bad that I did.

Argumentative staff. Pats of butter in the 5-7 item salad bar, but no cheese. You’re charged nearly $5 to add a salad to your meal, and the pudding/dessert bowl they provide is enough to feed a toddler. Our orders were not some elaborate, gourmet fare…we all ordered sandwiches! This did not speed the arrival of our food.Be sure your tetanus vaccine is up to date before attempting to use their restrooms. The odor in the ladies room resembles that of a stale urinal cake in a last chance, roadside gas station. If the ambiance and service had been even mediocre, we wouldn’t have minded the ridiculous wait (there were only three other tables being served in the entire restaurant at the time). All we had was a nice view, and a four-bite salad. There are so many local seafood restaurants that are grateful for our patronage, and offer a way better fate.
Seriously??. Rude, awful, SLOW service. After waiting almost an hour for entres (middle of the day on a Saturday, only a few other tables were seated) I asked to speak to a manager. The woman- heavier set, dark hair, in a suit, 1980’s-style bun in her hair, appears to maybe have some sort of Asian in her- came out and didn’t seem the slightest bit concerned when I told her we were not interested in staying, and that we were leaving. I asked for the check so we could pay for our drinks and salads (from the salad bar you pay an additional $4.50 for, but are told very rudely by your waitress that they’re not Ruby Tuesdays, so that’s why they don’t stock cheese on the salad bar, AND very rudely tells us we are allowed only one trip to the salad bar, so no, we cannot have more bowls for a refill). The manager shrugs and asks what should she do with our food (that all of a sudden magically appeared on a big tray!). I told her that wasn’t my problem. She stood there and told me she would box up the food, and just charge us 1/2 price. I told her that was not going to happen, that she needed to just give me the check for the drinks and salads, and we would leave. She proceeded to roll her eyes and smirk, scoffed and said that according to our ticket we’d only been waiting 23 minutes. Soooo not true. We timed it, it was over 55 minutes. We can’t help it if our piece of crap waitress put in the order late. I again asked for the check on drinks and salads, she again argued with me about what she was to do with all the food. I again told her I don’t care what she does with it. She again tried to tell me to pay for 1/2 of it, AGAIN I REFUSED, and I told her she could sit and argue with me as much as she wants but it wouldn’t change anything. Finally she gives me the check for drinks and salads, I paid, we left. Damn shame. And to think we used to like this place. Now I see it for what it is…WAAAAAY over-priced for sub-par food, extremely outdated interior, and the crappiest and most rude service from all involved that I have EVER experienced. Save that hard earned money, folks, and go somewhere else, like ANY WHERE else. Ridiculous.
The food took way to long, service reflected the wait. Price is at least twice the amount of what it tasted like. The waitresses acted like she was ordered to do time in prison at this location. Never will eat here again!
