Some of the best food I have ever ate.. The best Thai food I have ever eaten. Me and my husband always get the crispy pork that is out of this world. We get them to make it real spicy and the sauce is just to die for. Some of our other favorite’s is their wonton soup, spicy Bangkok Noodles and shrimp and scallop delight. We have had so many different things there and have never been disappointed. Even my girls that are 14&8 beg us to eat here. The building it self may not be much of anything but the food make it worth it.

Sandy and Bill Grant. We LOVE the crab fried rice. The server is always joking and teasing the patrons. Quite entertaining…………

So Yummy!. My fiance brought me here and I have to say the Massaman curry is amazing! We live close by so it is hard to not go and eat there every day. Moving to this part of Alabama, you’d never think there would be such a big Vietnamese community, but there is. I’m glad that I could find delicious Asian food so close to home, after moving from Orlando (which is another city that has a large Vietnamese community). It is definitely worth the drive out if you are a bit far from this location.

Disappointed. First time to try Taste of Thai, and was very disappointed. The experience started with a server who made me feel like I was putting him out. He offered no suggestions and very little description for the questions I did dare to ask. The bag that my food was packed in was handed to me with the bottom full of the sauce that was supposed to be on my meal. The noodles reminded me of chicken noodle soup canned noodles. I will say the fresh veggies in the meal was a nice surprise and well as the kick the food had.. Once I tipped the server his attitude changed some.

This place was totally worth the drive! We had great appetizers. The drunk noodles and the Crab fried rice was delicious. You get SO much food. We will be back.

Take a drive to Irvington. I had dinner here with some friends and all I can say is WOW! My first experience with Thai food was many years ago in NYC and nothing in Alabama has come close. I’ve given up on getting good Tom Kha Gai soup, so much so that I just make my own at home. Theirs was awesome!!!! Also do yourself a favor and try the crispy pork and get it spicy;-).
