Great food. Hummus and were spot on. Pita is fresh and service is prompt. Great place to check out. I’m looking forward to the shawarma after lent. As a Eastern Orthodox Christian it’s hard to find vegan options when you are on the road.
Very very good! After you walk through the neat grocery you come to an amazingly cozy wood paneled walled restaurant! This is place is so authentic and dilish! Love the stuffed pastries Greek salad and what a gyro!!! Such a surprising gem of nook! Will be back!!!
The food was amazing! We had the appetizer sampler to start, then I had the light wrap with carrot soup and French fries, all amazing. Baklava for dessert, I would go back for that alone.
7 Spice is the best Mediterranean in Mobile. It’s a cut above Zorba, which was a cut above Mediterranean Sandwich Co. The dining room is very clean and quaint, tucked in the back of the grocery. Service is Immaculate, 10/10. And the fries are amazing.
I’ve lived in the Middle East and this is pretty authentic cuisine to what I experienced and tasted over there. Unlike American cuisine, Mediterranean food isn’t overly seasoned. It’s a perfect blend that compliments the fresh ingredients. 7Spice nailed that. The grape leaves were delicious, the Lentil soup was mouth watering good and the Lamb Kabob sandwich was fantastic. This hidden jem of a restaurant is in the back of the 7Spice grocery store. The service was outstanding. This restaurant just shot to my top ten eateries!
Love this place. This place has become one of our favorites, we have never been disappointed. The servers are friendly and work hard to please the customer. The lamb chops and lamb kabobs are delish and highly recommended!
Grape leaves of grit. Picked up some stuffed grape leaves while doing some other grocery shopping in 7 Spice today. Later this evening we ate the stuffed grape leaves with our dinner. We were so disappointed in them, the leaves had too many tough stems, and the addition of a small piece of rock or grit. The rice was very creamy and delicious, but it also had a very strong amount of lemon juice . We didn’t like them at all.
