The smell of the roasted peanuts is amazing. Grab a bag ful and maybe the chocolate covered peanuts too and enjoy a piece of history. I have been going since my Father took me as a child over 60 years ago. A delightful tradtion.
We stumbled on this shop while in Mobile getting ready to take a cruise. It was such a cute little shop, with the beat popcorn and candy! I’m so glad we went in and expierenced what this little place had to offer.
Great place to buy nuts for the squirrels in Bienville Square or one of the other lovely squares around the city. The folks are nice and helpful. The chocolate covered cashews and almonds are great!
We bought a few of the nuts and some candy. We loved the choice and fragrant smell in the store. Lots of pictures and newspaper clippings on the walls that share the history of the store and area. Old fashioned and worth the detour.
nice cozy place and great smell of nuts.we bought a small bag of nuts and they were very tasty and not oily. I would recommend stopping here.
