One of the best Thai meals I’ve had– especially the tom yum soup.
Not about the food. Personally, I don’t think that you should enter an establishment with only 15 minutes before they close as a sign of courtesy. Opening and closing hours are made and portrayed for a reason.
Hit or miss but delicous. Hit or miss, I love the food there but service can sometimes take forever. I was literally in there for two hours once because they only had one cook and they had a lot of people come in at once. I really recommend Tom Kha Gai soup along with crunchy chicken or volcanic beef. Cant go wrong with any combo of those three.
Hope it’s improved by now. I have been to this place for the passed 3 times, they have the worse service ever. First time, the waitress was too busy texting that I could not even get her attention to give me any silverware. The second and third time, I stood by the front desk to be seated, no one came so I walked out. I have no plans on coming back.
Reheated trash. I ordered takeout chicken pad Thai and it is the worst dish I’ve ever had. It’s not fresh and smelled and tasted like it was taken from the trash. Never going back!
Terrible customer service! Went there last night at 8:42. They are open till 9. My party of 3 was told we could have our food to go or we could stay BUT ONLY if we were out by 9 – absurd! There food is only average anyway – not worth being treated like this! I have worked in food and beverage for many years and this was the worst treatment I have ever heard of let alone experienced. Too many other places to choose from.
Egg rolls. I look forward to coming to Bangkok Thai for their egg rolls and their thai tea. I love the crispy egg rolls with their sweet and sour sauce. You get a humongous glass of thai tea that I end up taking most of it to-go because I don’t want to waste a single drop. For those who want to try a curry for the first time, I recommend the massaman curry because the flavors and ingredients aren’t unusual but still delicious. It’s a coconut based curry with potatoes, carrots, and onions.
