Service was terrible. Tall skinny waiter looked like he never served before so we were understanding until we heard him make a racial comment about a black couple sitting another table. Wings were old tasting but the buffalo ranch chicken sandwhich was good. Its a wings place, the wings should taste good….. Well we are never going back.
Not so good anymore. I’ve eaten at BWW with a couple of friends when they first opened up and the food was great, wings and burgers. We dined in, had prompt service, and I couldn’t wait to go back to try more menu items. I went this past Monday night to get a to-go order for myself and some relatives that were in town. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the food, but I didn’t find that so bad. When we got home and started looking in our boxes for the food I was immediately disappointed. They just put the food in the cardboard boxes, no paper lining or anything, so the food had slid around in there alot. Now this may be standard for some places but was new to me, other than ordering a pizza and even some of those will at least cover the pizza with a liner. We had ordered 2 cheeseburger meals, which is a cheeseburger, fries, and a pickle. The burgers looked ok, but the meat was very dry. We had also ordered mild wings. They had no flavor whatsoever. The ribs looked good and were meaty but I can’t comment on the taste as I’m not a pork eater, but the person that ate them said that they were good. I can say that the young lady that took our order at the register was very friendly and patient with us and politely answered every question we had.
Awful. Food is mediocre at best. Sometimes it’s straight up disgusting. Servers are lazy and rude. We’ve given it try after try and won’t be going back. Wish it would close and a Baumhowers open in its place.
Not good! Service the worst! I’m a server who tips other servers great and wouldn’t go back there unless I sat at the bar! Come see us at baumhowers wings in mobile will show you how it’s done! Also our wings are wayyy better!!
I will never be back!!! i need to get in touch with the owner of this location. I will never go back to this place as a matter of fact im currently TRYING TO FIND THE OWNER OF THE MOBILE LOCATION!!! i have never had a waitress so rude and manager roll his eyes at my mother in-law telling her she was lying that, that waitress has no reason to be rude WELL SHE WAS AND SO WAS HE! i will never go back to this place!!
Loud. Its a loud place. To much for my liking while trying to have dinner. The bbq nachos are very good though.
