Lunch Buffet. I have eaten here for years and the food is good and consistent ,not really spectacular but a solid choice for carryout.Their lunch buffet is very affordable and has a reasonable variety. I love to drop in for lunch buffet carryout and fill my little foam carryout box to bursting. When I get home the dog and I have a great meal at a really reasonable price. The only problem is that my dog has a really difficult time with her chop sticks so I end up having to feed her using mine. Then she hogs all the fortune cookies so i end up having to have something else for dessert.
Never had a problem until today. Most of the food was missing, and there were only 3 tables full of people. Never again. The food that was there seemed lukewarm or sitting there for hours.
Good Chinese close to campus. I like this place. Its what a Chinese take-out place should be: all of the standards you crave, comes out piping hot, generous portions, fresh vegetables, and cheap. Don’t expect too much and you will be happy. As for the waitress, she sure isn’t trying to charm anyone, but she’s never been rude, either. She’s just kind of all-business, even when you call in for to-go. probably cultural and she’s just trying to be efficient 🙂
Food is great. They have the RUDEST waitress ever, however. I have been there 5 or 6 times and it seems she gets less friendly every time.
