Improved.. Went by this place again. Noticed it looked totally different. New management maybe? It is clean and pretty well organized. Got some Kung Pao to go. It was pretty good by fast food Chinese standards.10 Jan, 2010Scary. Food was OK, but the place just down right nasty inside. Yellowed tape holding down years old notices. Could the health dep’t really bless this place?
