We had a great server that was very attentive. However, I don’t have much patients with a checkout girl that has her face in her phone during the entire transaction. We had to put our card right in front of her for her to notice. She looked at the amount, rand the card, then franticly got back to her screen. As the receipt was printed, she grabbed it and gave it to us, all the while never taking her face out of her phone. As we left she had her face buried in her phone. If I had employees that had no more respect for customers than they, they could stay on their phone all day. At Home. They would never work for me.
