BEST oyster poboy I’ve had in Mobile, and I’m both a native Mobilian and a devout oyster fan. The French bread is fresh & crusty, oysters perfectly cooked (not hard cooked or too crunchy). Reasonably priced and friendly service. It’s not really a dine in place, there are 3 tables but you’re in a seafood shop…get your food to go. Don’t let the appearance deceive you!
Great Crawfish. They have delicious crawfish that is seasoned really well with just the right amount of spices. Bought raw shrimp and fish and both were fresh. The negative, I really dislike their gumbo. Tastes like bad cajun soup and I also dislike the batter on their shrimp. Tastes like cornmeal which is thick and bland. I prefer the fried shrimp at The Boiling Pot. Service is always quick and courteous.
Great shrimp po boy
I’ve had hot & spicy crawfish, fried shrimp, steamed spicy shrimp, and fried crab claws. Everything has been great. My favorite place for take out. Highly recommended.

Always fresh seafood and nothing miniscule. You can either recieve it raw or choose them to steam/fry shrimp for you. Great for lunch or to pick up something on your way home that will make your mouth water over the thought of fresh, succulent food Mhmmm
