Great staff and atmosphere but the food just makes it even better! If you want to get some great BBQ then don’t pass this place up! The tradition is great too!
This outfit, which originated in Tuscaloosa years ago by Mr. Bishop, is a bit of a BBQ icon in the area and now boasts stores all over the place. Known originally for their ribs, the menu is now diversified with pork, chicken and all the sides. I must say I’ve never had a bad meal here….meat cooked over a wood fire and is tasty. I enjoy their sauce as well. They have a nicely stocked bar and good iced tea. Recommended.
