Placed an order for delivery. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I called. I was CURSED by the owner. He repeated multiple times that he say 45 minutes. I was trying to explain that it had been well over an hour but each time I tried to speak, he screamed and yelled I asked him multiple times could I speak. He continued to not allow me to speak. He screamed at me that I called him Stupid…….of which I did not. I had no reason to call him stupid. I have never been cursed and screamed at by a business owner before. I will never do business there again!!
Worst experience and service EVER. After an hour and 15 minute wait when I live two minutes away I ended up driving the food back to them! No refund, things are ALWAYS forgotten and the food sucks!
The worst service I have ever experienced. After waiting an hour we called to check on our delivery order and were told that it would be on the way soon. Another hour goes by and we hear nothing. After calling again we were told that the delivery driver went to the wrong house. NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL and they would not grant a refund. 2.5 hours later we fibally have our dinner from a place that is 5 minutes away. Awful experience. We will never order again.
So Good!. So good you don’t need sweet and sour sauce for the chicken….;) Best Chinese food in Mobile! Rock on Golden Dragon, rock on.
I’m not one to complain at all but we all have our boiling point. I have reached it with this establishment. After placing a delivery order for sweet & sour chicken, waiting 45 mins to an hour for it (even though I live 2 miles from the place) and, when it finally arrives, realizing they forgot the sweet & sour sauce (anyone who eats s&s chicken knows its inedible without the sauce)… That is a problem. And this hasn’t happened once or even twice… IT’S HAPPENED THREE TIMES IN A ROW! They say they will put notes in the system but apparently they have no pride in fulfilling their promises to (once) loyal customers. This last time they even had the audacity to ask for the food back if we weren’t willing to wait 30+ mins for them to return with the sauce. EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS THEIR ERROR and the food was cold by the time they arrived! I will NEVER order from them again & I urge everyone else not to either!!!
Takeout Favorite. Prices are reasonable, food is tasty, and they’re quick!
My first time here, and the staff was very friendly and recommended dishes for me to try. Food was great and fast!
