Mobile, Alabama. I have had several friends recommend Hibachi Express so went there today for lunch. I purchased the Teriyaki steak bowl and a drink. I received good service but they were not very personal, my order was taken correctly and the food brought to my table after a very short wait. I really enjoyed the meal. The food was fresh, rice was cooked well, and I felt they gave a generous amount of steak with the order. The yum yum sauce was fantastic. I felt the food was very good and for less than $10 tax included I left full and satisfied. I will definitely be returning here again.
I think I’m eating food from yesterday….it’s definitely NOT FRESHLY COOKED! I used to like this place….hopefully it’s just a bad day?
Good food for the money. Some of the staff seem stoned at times, but whatever. The food has always been good!
Ok food, rude service. The food used to be a lot better. The past couple of times I have gotten takeout from there, the meat and veggie portions were small and the chicken was dry. My main issue is with the girl that works the drive-thru during the day. So rude! Basically threw my food at me. Her attitude was the nail in the coffin for me on that place. Won’t be back.
Wow. This was one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. Staff was nice but food is horrible.
I went into this restaurant with my co worker for the first time, I ordered hibachi chicken and broccoli and my co worker ordered the surf and turf. The price is pretty good but I can’t say the same with the meal, both me and my coworker find our food extremely dry, the rice have nothing in it and it is very bland, the teriyaki sauce they have tasted like darken duck sauce. Will not return.
Very good for price and convince. I usually do not order rice because it’s usually hard and bland. But the chicken and vegetables with white rice is very good and satisfying
