We used to eat here all the time but as all things in mobile go it is now dumpster fire of poor ingredients and a lackluster staff. They look like slobs and they preform that way. Their steak has gone from cheap sirloin to much cheaper skirt steak that is so unappealing you have a hard time eating it as it reminds you of entrails. This trip also concluded with a long black hair in my wife’s meal. Skip it and go to Golden Bowl .
Check your order before departing if you get it to go/drive thru. I always order extra meet on my teriyaki bowl. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but the second time I feel like they were purposely trying to slide one over on me so I called them out on it. They fixed it and tried to give me a free drink, but when you pay an extra $4 for more meet and there are only 9 shrimp in your whole bowl it king of leaves a bad taste in my mouth about their integrity. I’ve also noticed that even the amount of rice, or noodles is getting less.
A Bad Taste. Hibachi Express was not the fresh wok expreince I was expecting. Ordered the Hibachi Scallops, which came with grilled zuchini and onions, the scallops are the baby type, had a checmial taste to them, as the zuchini and onions did not. The Yum Yum sauce did not make the dish any better.
