Such a disappointment. We’ve been here a couple of times and have liked the beer selection and the food, mostly, although the Scotch eggs we make at home are way better. This trip was a total bust. The menu has shrunk considerably, and prices are high for what you actually get. My buffalo chicken salad had no hint of buffalo in it, there were two slices of tomato on a very small bed of lettuce with Baco’s (not real bacon bits) on it for the price of $9.95. No thanks. The Creighton Leprechaun sandwich was small and underwhelming with its small piece of chicken on a lot of bread. Same price. Chips are good, but portion size is stingy. If the diner is to assume that this sandwich is named after the Crichton Leprechaun, the restaurant owner needs to check his references a little better. The presence of a DJ completely detracted from what had been a relatively sane environment in which to converse and watch sports, and the DJ continued to crank up the volume throughout the meal. This is the last time for us eating at what appears to be a dying restaurant. May Lucky’s rest in peace.

Great Service!. Server was amazing, friendly and informative. Potato soup was great, burger was great. ( My food was piping hot good) We just went there to try Shepard’s Pie and they took it off the menu. They said it would be seasonal and sometimes a special. I will go back and try something different though. My first experience was great. Thank you for the service.

Amazing staff. My brother passed away a few weeks ago. In his final words, he asked for an Irish wake to be held at Lucky’s. I called the manager and shyfully asked if this was a possibility. Folks, I tell you what, I could not have been treated ANY better than how Jason treated me and my family. He was gracious and basically told me that whatever I needed, to let him know. The wake was better than I could have ever hoped for. They even placed his picture on the wall! So, friends, you need to patronize this place. The food is great, the beer flows freely, and the people are the REAL DEAL. By the way, I get the Lucky Dog…it is a piece of that sauage we make in North Alabama that starts with a C, but I don’t know how to spell it and I don’t want to embarrass myself by trying, and they wrap it in bacon. How could you go wrong with that??Served on a toasted roll with sauteed onions and dijon mustard. Yum! The Lucky Burger is also very tasty. So, thanks again to the fine folks at Lucky’s. I’ll be by to see ya, and my brother…as long as his picture is on the wall, I can come and have a drink with him when I want. Make sure you find him too! He is over in the corner by the Irish Blessing.

OMG!!. Each time I go in, I try a different menu item. Have had the Lucky Dog, Scotch Eggs, Angus Burger, Lucky Burger and today the Reuben. Each item better than the last. Homemade chips are PERFECTLY salted. Without a doubt, the Reuben is the best I have ever eaten. Same goes for the Lucky Burger. Wait staff and bartenders are extremely friendly, great addition to the Mobile food options on Airport Blvd!

Not much choice. Menu was on a dirty sheet of paper typed in the smallest font possible. Many T.V.’s, all on the same game on a Sunday afternoon. Fish n chips sandwich was dry and served on burnt French bread and chips were too salty.

Feelin lucky?. I was after trying their Rueben sandwhich. Make sure to order the griddle fried version with the panko crust. It was amazing!!!!! My fianc and I shared that and an order of Irish nachos, also delicious! Lucky is where the old Paddy O’tooles was…though you would never guess from the total revamp. Open, airy and inviting, this pub now has a loyal fan who will be back to try the Lucky Burger on my next night out!

Excellent first impression. I had the Lucky Burger, and my coworkers had the Fish & Chips, Spinach&Mushroom wrap, and the Hickory Burger. Everyone loved the food enough that we had to try dessert. The brownie bites: Wow. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside – almost like a molten lava cake. A touch of cinnamon… very well executed. I will be back. Several times.
