This is the best food I think I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my life. The dining room is always clean and the wait staff has always been very helpful. The only reason they get 4.5 stars instead of 5 is because of the inconsistency in the kitchen. But please listen, on the kitchens bad days it is still very, very good Italian. It’s just that on the good days, I’m convinced it’s the best pasta you will ever get outside of Italy.
