Waitress was nice but that’s about it. Burgers are most definitely a frozen patty with a weird texture. I didn’t finish my burger and neither did my wife. I hate spending money on food that isn’t good. Fries were a bit greasy too. I think their other menu items might be better than the hamburgers but I don’t think I’ll be back to try.
Good not great. Service was good but she forgot the soup I ordered. Air conditioner worked really well. You can’t compare it to Tuscaloosa for sure.
Frozen burger for $10!!!. Ok… This was a precooked frozen patty!!! I buy them at SAMs for $15 a box. So disappointing! They don’t ask you how you want it cooked Because they can’t control it since it’s already cooked. This is NOT the same burger they serve in Hattiesburg or at least it wasn’t the same a few years ago. We will never go back and advise you to save your money. Menu descriptions are deceptive. :(( look at pictures of burgers online- all perfectly formed- dead give away – you can’t get that consistency by hand!!!!
First visit in mobile.. Went to the one in hattiesburg once and they had me hooked. Love their burgers. To me Best Burger In MOBILE!!!
Better food can be found with a better atmosphere. You cannot hear the person sitting next to you, it’s like everyone is yelling over one another. They need to put up something to help the accoustics it makes the mediocre meal even less enjoyable. Fries are soggy. Burger had a strange texture. I visited several times it was bad each time.
Better burgers elsewhere. Companion and I ate here for an early dinner yesterday afternoon. We were greeted and seated fast and our server was friendly and attentive. We had nachos for an app, and they were pretty decent. I’d ordered Trevor’s 1000 Island Burger on wheat and substituted the fries for a caesar salad. The salad was pre-dressed and almost drowning. I didn’t expect the burger bun to be so overly sweet either. The meat had a really nice grilled flavor off the bat, but then tasted really bland. It also didn’t taste like it was 100% beef. The color was slightly grayish and the the texture was weird. I only finished half of it. Companion had a chicken burger, can’t remember the name. The fries looked good; I like that they were battered. I ordered the southwest egg rolls to-go for someone else. They told me that the rolls were good but the red sauce they came with reminded him of cocktail sauce and was a weird pairing for rolls.This was my first visit to Mugshots and I don’t think I’ll be going back. You can definitely get real, tasty burgers at other places in Mobile.
