I had a McDonald burger, it was excellent. The waitress at the bar was really friendly and their fries are out of this world! I think this was the best hamburger I’ve ever eaten
I’ve visited Mugshots several times since they’ve opened and, while the food is great for those in search of a regular burger joint with beer and sports, the service is sub-par. I hate writing a negative review about service considering I worked in many restaurants during college; however when the service is consistently bad, it warrants assessment. I understand that a majority of those waiting tables here are young, but that isn’t an excuse for seeming incompetence and/or lack of integrity. People spend their money to enjoy, at the very least, an OK evening; and I’m simply confused as to how these servers are satisfied with countermanding such a menial privilege with blatant disregard for the responsibilities of their employment. I won’t venture into detail, but it should be noted that standing around, ignoring guests, neglecting orders, and failing to appreciate customers is no way to make a living; nor is it sufficient behaviorto keep customers. If, and when, you clearly prefer to be elsewhere other than work, understand that Mugshots patronsencourage you to indulge your desire, thus reprieving us from remitting cash to your establishment and further funding your ineptitude. Essentially the moral of this review is, we all have to work should we aspire to enjoy the perquisites of our labor; servers are no different and should evaluate theirvalue before their customers do. And for those who provide even the slightest amount of acceptable service, thank you for your hard work and dedication to a crap occupation; know that it is always appreciated.
