Worst steak in Mobile. Bad service too. Avoid this place.
They are thieves!. I stopped on my way home from work to pick up curbside take out. when i got home, whick is on the other side of town, part of my order was missing. i was not upset, but i called and asked them to refund me for the food they did not put in my order. when i caqlled they knew they had left it out and were very apologetic, but they refused to refund my money. they knew they did not give me all of my food. i did not ask themk to refund the entire order, just the food they did not give me. they refused! that is stealing. i would have continued to go there if they had refunded my money, but since they didn’t i am filing a complaint with the better business bureau. that is totally unethical!
Walmart of Steakhouses. Waited in lobby with pager. Last couple in paged first…wtf. Took us to eat in bar area…passed 6+ open tables…wtf. Took 10 min just to get drink order…wtf. No salt on table…wtf. Turn around and find a steakhouse that gives a f.
Great Service -Good Food. Came to see the new location and enjoy some great food. The restaurant is sleek modern very up to date with a relaxing dining room and exciting bar area that I could see. The food was delicious. The most impressive aspect of my lunch today was the service from Meagan. She was delightful and gave us gold star resort quality service. I have been to Ruth’s Chris before and her service exceeded theirs. Someone from the kitchen also came out to speak with my mother after she used an old fashioned term to order her steak. They wanted to make sure it was done just right for her. Two managers stopped by to say hello. It was Meagan who made this visit such a pleasure. She explained things on the menu to us and made us feel so welcome. We had a great lunch and left with a smile on our face. Will definitely be back.
Absolute WORST hostesses that I have ever encountered. Our waiter was wonderful and the food was perfect! But the hostesses were horrible.
As far as chains go, I like Outback. Their food is always fresh and good.
Service was terrible. I ordered the $15 4-course meal, only got the steak and one side; never received my soup or salad. I asked for medium-well steak; it was well done and tough. To try and compensate, they offered to give me the vegetable medley and two desserts, one of them to go. They would have never brought me bread if I hadn’t asked for it… 2 THUMBS WAY DOWN! Never going back to this location.
