Lousy Staff!. My husband and I were looking forward to trying Panera; however, we found the food to be mediocre and the staff extremely unfriendly. The young man taking our order rolled his eyes to our simple question about sandwich size and when we went back up to the counter to get a muffin for dessert, the girl taking our order was just rude…We may try another location, but won’t be back to this one.
Great bagel and coffee. Made the mistake of trying Dunkin Donuts today instead of Panera… Big mistake! Service was horrible and they don’t let you fix your coffee. Too little sugar not the right amount of cream! Panera I will be back tomorrow!

Just tried the new thai chopped chicken salad and it was soooo good! An absolute symphony of flavor that is nutty with just the right amount of heat. I especially enjoyed how crunchy it is, so it is now one of my top 5 salads ever.
So tasty. Love the French Onion soup in a bread bowl.
