Terrible customer service. I drove over an hour to go to pollmans to order my sons first birthday cake and i got there and the girl rolled her eyes as soon as i said i need to order a cake. Then she said to come back in a week because the order will get lost. If the order will get lost then they need to be more organized.
Birthday Cakes. Minnie mouse
Good food, bad attitude. Out of the 5 or 6 times I’ve been here, the food has always been good (cake, cookie, doesn’t matter), but the friendly and courteous factors? Nearly nonexistent. Which sucks. I like supporting local businesses, but whether it’s general courtesy and friendliness or when they really mess a cake up (as they did with two layered birthday cakes, months apart), they just don’t care. Like their success makes them untouchable.
