Why would you possibly eat at a chain restaurant serving frozen seafood in a town on the Gulf of Mexico with many incredible seafood restaurants that serve seafood that was swimming 24 hours ago?This place is blah. Service average to not so good. For the same money you can get a truly memorable seafood meal in this town. Go find one of Mobiles great local seafood restaurants!!
Too much butter and overcooked crab legs
We just ate there for dinner, and it was okay. My husband had the stuffed tilapia for Lobsterfest and it was very good; the broccoli wasn’t so good, however the grilled vegetables were. I had lobster tail and grilled shrimp that were good, however the shrimp and lobster Mac-n-cheese was strange. The cheese sauce had a tangy fruit yogurt taste to it–I’m hoping it was supposed to! The garlic cheese biscuits were of course totally delicious. The servers were incredibly friendly, but the service was very slow, especially since it didn’t seem to be one of the busiest nights. Overall, it was just okay for the price.
Sad situation for this location. Service – poor, scattered & confused.Food – some good, some not so good. Mostly so-soWe went around noon on a Sunday. No waiting, several empty tables. That should have been a clue. With no typical after church crowd crunch, obviously people around there knew more than our party of six did. Oh well, live and learn. Management oversight? Well, never saw any indication of mgt. Maybe that is part of the problem. Corporate? You listening?
