Rollins Deli is located at 211 Dauphin Street in between the Soul Kitchen and A&M Peanut Shop. Rollins serves steamed sandwiches and homemade soups. Owners Eileen and Jason McLendon serve up quality products and strive do the little things that make a big difference. The specialty sandwich, the Schwobilt, named for a former mens store that used to occupy the building, features a seasoned filet of roast beef, black forest smoked turkey, ham, crisp vegetables, Helmanns mayonnaise and salt and cracked pepper. All of their meats are Boars Head and Zapps potato chips are always served. Another signature item, homemade beer cheese soup along with another daily soup is also available.
