Ruth Chris at weekhawken NJ. Order dinner at bar. Drinks and bartender ok. ordered 22oz bone end rib ye medium well . As I got closer to the center, the steak was rare and could not finished it. Sent it back. However, it was taken off the bill along with 1 drink. The bartender kept apologizing even though it was not his fault. What I found strange is that the manager never came over to apologize or make any kind of comment. In most restaurants the manager makes an appearance to apologize. If it wasn’t for the bar services, I would rate as a 1.
My favorite thing to order here is the Stuffed Free Range Chicken Breast with Potatoes Au Gratin and Broccoli Au Gratin asmy sides. Can’t go wrong with this meal!
