Not a good day for service. All servers and bartenders preoccupied with motion entertainment directly across from restaurant…to the point of staring and shouting. Where is the manager?

Great Time. Tonight we arrived at Texas Roadhouse and had a great time for my Birthday. I soon as any of their employees they smile very nice and plus I receive free appetizer since it was my Birthday the food was good people was nice and we will be back.(smile)
This place is awesome and has awesome server service and the hand cut bone in ribeye is awesome and verywell seasoned.
OMG just came from this place! They can not cook a steak to order AND someone STOLE my umbrella in less than 15 minutes while I was sitting in the waiting room. I ordered a medium steak and it came our well done. The salad was awful, the ranch dressing was bland with no flavor. Load baked sweet potato was very good, thats it! The price adjustment is another story. I am disgusted. I won’t be back.
Great Prime Rib. Went on Sat nite. Wait for a table was not overly long, about 20 minutes. Rolls and butter served by the hostess. Our server, Carmen, came shortly after and took our drink order and our dinner order. Due to the crowd it took a few minutes to get my drink, a draft Bud Lite. I ordered the prime rib and my wife ordered the BBQ ribs. The prime rib was cooked to my liking and was delicious. My wife said the ribs were very good. The server was very attentive and checked on us several times. All in all a very good experience and we will definitely put this on our list of places to visit often
Love the food here only recently have had bad exp. W/ a few steaks & baked pot. Their not comp cooked! We lobe their drinks’ omg they’re the best anywhere around!!!! The steaks r usually cooked amazing! Tge salads have great real ranch dressing!! Which says alot. The service is a hit or miss.. Some r really great & there r slot who hate their jobs. They always look like they dred birthdays & the line-dance time. But, the food is amazing!!!!!
