Service was very slow. Used the call ahead service, but still waited almost 30 min after arriving at designated time. Burger was over cooked (ordered medium, came well-done) and dry, and the bun was tough and chewy. My friend had the Cajun Chicken Pasta, it was bland and arrived cold (she didnt finish it). Most of my reviews are pretty positive, but his place is mediocre among a host of restaurants that have to be better.

Good food great service at the bar. We are regulars at Chilis….I love the chain’s food, if you sit at the bar and get the right bartender (Jessica is great), all will be good in the world. We always sit at the bar, the televisions are good for Sunday football.
Dirty!. We went there for Mother’s Day lunch — mistake! We arrived at 10:45 so it was early and we were among the first customers of the day. The hostess attempted to seat us at a dirty table (crumbs and grease on the top, crumbs on the chairs) and when I asked if we could have a clean table instead we were moved over to another dirty table and eventually a third dirty table which she went and got a rag and wiped after spraying cleaner from a bottle all over the table top (and my daughter). The floor under the third table was puddled with liquid (not sure if it was from a spill or mop liquid). Our appetizer (queso/chips) was served at almost room temperature, chicken in one kids meal was undercooked, mashed potatoes were served cold (as was the gravy on top of them). My tea glass had food caked inside it on the glass and I had to ask for a replacement. The silverware was dirty. The hostess that attempted to seat us at the dirty tables sat another family right after us at one of the dirty tables that she had attempted to seat us at and they also complained about it being dirty and asked that it be wiped clean. I overheard another customer complaining about the restroom to the manager but never saw him go do anything about it. Overall, the place is dirty and we won’t be going back. We love Chilis but this one is pathetic and should be closed or at a minimum brought up to standards in cleanliness and food service (temperature, quality, etc.). Felt like we wasted our money when we left.
We used a gift card. Haven’t eaten there in a few years as I have been on the road. Good hot food and no noisy children.
Horrible food, ordered wing sample platter as my app and every single wing was blood pink. Couldnt even order a main.
Busy but still great service and experience! Greeted by Rick one of the managers and made to feel welcome!
