One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. For starters, our server couldn’t grasp the simple concept of a glass of half and half tea. She tried to bring my wife half a glass of sweet and half a glass of unsweetened tea….strike 1. Our appetizer was the lobster queso. It was good except for the fact that the chips were a little stale and there were too many chips for the queso. Our meals consisted of the grilled mahi, the blue cheese filet, kids chicken tenders, and the ribs. My wife’s filet was bland and undercooked, my mahi was bland and REALLY overcooked, and an extremely small portion. With the mahi, I got the sauted vegetables. They were supposed to consist of carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and onion. Now pay attention to this part because I actually counted them…I got 56 carrot slices that ranged in thickness from 1 cm to 1/8 inch thick, 4 puny pieces of broccoli, 1 (yes 1) piece of cauliflower, and 2 slices of onion. My daughter’s chicken tenders were too salty to eat….strike 2. We decided to get the brownie dessert to go. That took 20 minutes to receive. I sent an email to the corporate office thinking they might want to know about the subpar food and service, but apparently they don’t care because here it is 3 days later, and still no response. If I could get the 123 dollars I spent back, I definitely would. Save yourself the money and time I lost and go to McDonalds. It’s the same quality and much much cheaper.

I love firebirds!. If they gave away cards for one to have stamped every time you eat ours would be full! We have eaten there on many occasions and have not been disappointed not even once! I’ll say the meatloaf was not my favorite because Iam partial to my recipe but we love love love firebirds. !!!
I tried it twice.. My wife and I had dinner once and was very disappointed with the service as well as the food. Staff was really nice and courteous but service was really SLOW. The food when served was luke warm and not worth what is being charged for it. So, we thought maybe just a bad night for staff and chefs SO, we tried it again. This time with my wife and two other couples. Service was still slow and two of us send our food back because it was served cold. I am done will not go back. I do not mind paying for top quality service and food. This is NOT the place to get either.

Wasnt impressed. Menu is confusing also was told that they didt like me to order bar food unless I was in bar… food was ok… just wasn’t happy with the way we were treated and jus didt like set up.
