The best Thai restaurant I have been to. Went with a large group and everyone was impressed; everyone’s meal was outstanding. The sushi was fresh and amazing. The spicy beef was out of this world. Very impressed.
Stopped by here a couple of years ago and tried the spring roll since it was on the 100 things to eat in Alabama before you die bucket list, and it was very good, but we took them to go and ate them in the car on the way to Birmingham, and did not have a chance to order anything else from the menu. This time we stopped and had lunch and found the food to be pretty good, and definitely better than your run of the mill Thai restaurant, but we are spoiled here in Pensacola and have Bangkok Garden which is fantastic, so it may have suffered as a comparison. I truly have nothing bad to say at all about the restaurant, only we are lucky to have better.
Really enjoyed our dinner at this little gem of a find. Parking is super convenient and the city area is so clean and attractive. We had no trouble finding the restaurant or our way back out of town afterward as the area is well marked. A special memory for us, thanks!
Eh, no-go.. Went here for lunch and ordered from lunch menu. Complimentary soup was basically chicken stock- not bad but nothing to get excited about. Egg roll was fine and came out piping hot. The dipping sauce was good. I ordered the chicken panang. The sauce was more runny than I am used to and the vessel of a plate did not help. Flavor was fine, portion was good for lunch. Would I return? Eh, probably not. If you want good thai, go to Birmingham and seek Nori or any of the Surin restaurants. Meanwhile, I’ll keep looking here in Mtgy for a better place.
DON’T listen to the nay sayers! I ate here tonight (16 Mar 2015) and the service was impeccable and the food superb. Being a rail fan, my table on the back patio overlooked the CSX freight line! Great evening.
A artful atomsphere and comforting cuisine. Get the Bama Crunch roll, you’ll thank me later.
Choo Chee Fish. Excellent! Spicy and tasty! Mmmmmnm good! A must try if you like spicy fish!
