WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am appalled at the service I received. I met with the baker 2 weeks before my child’s birthday party…even though I was on time for the appointment, I still had to wait 30 minutes to meet with her. I explained to her exactly what I wanted, even emailed her a party plate so she could see what colors and designs I wanted. I paid my half deposit on my $99.00 cake and went on my way. Well, I went to pick the cake up this past Saturday, and they had misplaced my order…and no cake had been made. I guess I was lucky I went 3 hours before the party…they had time to throw something together…That I could have done myself…or could have gotten much cheaper. Certainly not worth $75.00. If I wanted poor quality, I could have gone to Wal-Mart…probably could have gotten something nicer. And sure, they were nice enough to deliver it to the party LATE…but the man dropping the cake off was very rude. I think I have a right to be upset. What if I would have picked it up on the way to the party…what would they have done then??? They almost ruined my baby’s party! I wish I could have given half a star…BEWARE.
The Best Petit Fours. I moved to Atlanta 5 years ago and I miss the Petit Fours from Liger’s Bakery in Montgomery, AL. For 14 years I would make a weekly visit to purchase a minimum of 12. The cake is very light and airy and the icing is also very light but delicious. I’ve tried a lot of Petit Fours from around the nation and I have to say that I have yet to find a bakery that tops Liger’s. Aside from that, the regular cakes and cookies are very delicious. They also have an awesome chicken salad to die for!!!! The customer service is impeccable. I give Liger’s 5 stars!!
Wonderful Cakes. Have been using Ligers for about 10 years now. Petit fors, cakes etc.. Cake was a little hard to order (only can get price from baker who leaves early) but the product was outstanding..
Carl Stokes and Liger’s Bakery catered my daughter’s bridal shower in May 2011. The presentation was beautiful, and the food was exceptionally good-finger sandwiches, cheese straws, petit fours and cupcakes. Working with Carl was easy, and I highly recommend Liger’s Bakery for catered events. Thanks, Carl! What a very lovely day!

Great Cannoli; Rude Service. Great cakes. Best cannoli ever. Fantastic donuts. Boring atmosphere.After about 10 visits, I have had at least 3 really negative (rude) experiences with the folks there. Although the treats are good, I am not able to handle the rudeness. I’m done for now.
