Spent 40$ wasnt worth it… I ordered the filet mignon n lobster which were both extremely bland, my steak was over cooked, and that was more than a disappointment considering it was 29.99$. Then there was the yellow tail nigiri which was obviously prepared by an amateur chef. The fish was hanging off the side of the rice because it was butchered rather than properly sliced, and ontop of that smuthered with wasabi so there was no way of enjoying the natural taste of the fish. The best part of the meal was the fried rice and seafood sauce, which u can get at any other japanese style restaurant. This was my second time there. My first time eating at Miyako was much better, but considering this last time i will not be spending my money there anytime soon.
Bad service mediocre food. Manager was a witch. More time was spent waiting at the table than having food prepared. Food ok nothing special. Won’t be back
I give it an A. The fried rice was very good. I had the NY Strip steak; it was cooked perfect tasted even better. My wife had the shrimp and they were great. The only thing I didn’t like was the hash browns. They were pretty bland. Next time I’m in Montgomery I’m going back.

Takeout. I ordered takeout. Picked up and took home. It wasn’t what I ordered, the portions were tiny and the price was large. Called to inquire and was told that I didn’t order what I thought I ordered, I ordered something that I had never had or heard of before. silly me
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. DON’T waste your time and money. Really poor dining experience. Lackluster Grill Chef, going through the motions. Expensive, meager portions, and mediocre taste… Owners seem nice, but all downhill from that point. A complete embarrassment for out of town guest and barely entertaining for the children. Someone call Chef Ramsey QUICK!
Awesome place! Food was great. Sushi and grill were wonderful. We will be back!
