The absolute worst service ever! Are the people being paid to be there or have they been sentenced to community service?
Omg this place is a joke I walk in the host is on a cell phone and I’m ignored I go to the bar and the bartender is eating throws up a finger for me to wait a mnt takes a drink from a cup wipes her mouth with the back of her hand and then ask if she can help me really needles to say I just turned myself right around and walked out20 Nov, 2012You’d think as expensive as the food and drinks are the restaurant would be clean and the bathrooms wouldnt smell of urine and the waitstaff would be friendly better yet when you try to address management they would be polite and professional well my friend think again but the worst part is the manager just didn’t seem to care that I had an issue or the restaurant was a hot mess or anything word of advise whom ever hired this man through him back in the ocean with all the small fish I will never dine here again as far as food goes I had fried founder it was good but I’d rather eat at captain dees at least they are professional there and the restrooms stay clean

Liked it!. My sons and I ate at Red Lobster and it was good. We had a lobster pizza for appetizer, and the cheese biscuits came out with our salads, the size of salad was a little on the small side. I had the Walt’s fried shrimp plate, the boys had pasta with shrimp, and said it was fine. The waitress was a little slow ,but overall pretty good experience… will go back
I would like to think chain restaurants serve the purpose of something reliable when you are away from home. Many times that works out okay, but not here. As for the food and cleanliness, this was topical. The service was absolutely despicable. No organization, no leadership and no attention to detail. The waitress was nice but lousy at everything. The manager was on the floor trying to help but was really being abused by the wait staff. Our waitress couldn’t stay focused at all. It is lobster fest right now and we were told they were out of rock lobster. At least that was announced before the food was being served! At this time we were informed there was also a shortage of lobster bisque! Ridiculous for Red Lobster to be having problems with lobster menu items during this event. Ali in all a total disaster service wise.if I lived in Montgomery I would not be likely to go through multiple experiences like this one.
Unsatisfied.. Ordered the Admirals Feast Recently, The Flounder was Good, Not even a Hint of fishy taste, the Shrimp was also good. My Scallops and clams on the other hand were mostly breading and not even slightly meaty. The french fries are horrible with a nasty fishy after taste. We ordered an appetizer, The lobster nachos. If there was any lobster on it, it was invisible. Bland and no flavor unless loaded with salt and pepper, and even then it left alot to be desired. Over all, I might go back, but I would get something different.
