Don’t go here if you are limited to a one-hour lunch. I have had Vicki’s burgers before and they are a good burger. However I waited 40 minutes after placing my order and had to leave with no lunch. There were still 8-10 orders ahead of mine and some of those had multiple burgers in the order. (I just ordered one burger and fries.) This was even a slow day for them–holidays and many folks are off work. The parking lot was not even full–I parked right in front of the building. On a normal day when I pass by, parking is overflowing. If you have to drive to lunch–just 10 minutes for me so I’m not that far–there is not time to get your order, forget having time to eat. Now that she has received publicity for her burgers, it is just too busy for working folks to eat. If you have never been–no they do not accept call-in orders. So if you have time for a 2-hour lunch and want a good burger go try Vicki’s, but if you have a lunch HOUR, sorry this is not the place for you.
Best Lunch Van That’s Not on Wheels!. I love this place. They have some of the homemade hamburgers you will ever eat. My husband, son and I love their food.They have very large prortions. I can only handle their small hamburger. If you ever get a chance to there for lunch, dont’s pass it up. The food is freshly made and the people are super sweet.
I haven’t had a better burger in the Montgomery area. If you’re after frills, look elsewhere. Vicki’s does burgers right. There are other items on the menu but I’ve never bothered to try them–the burgers are that good.
