All around bad experience. I’ll start with trash all around on the floor. Was taken to a booth, where the seat and table was not wiped down. I stood there until the waitress showed up and I asked for a towel, she didn’t go to get one until after she took our drink order. Then she returned and wiped the seat but not the table, and she brought 2 dirty plates for the rolls we never got. The bucket of peanuts was full of shells, trash. She returned as I asked again for a towel to wipe the sticky table. We ordered ribeyes med rare. They came and one was rare and the other was med well. Sent them back, they returned and they were better however one steak was unrecognizable as to being a ribeye. Looked like a hot mess not far from being ground up, no seasoning, not at all appetitezing. I told the manager of all the issues, he made no attempt to correct any of the outstanding issues. He just stated he would try to do something with our bill. So only at half of the steak and I could not take anymore. Sat there for another 10 minutes to get the waitress attention, I asked for the bill, she said it was taken care of. Not what I asked for, but do you think someone could have told us about the bill before wasting more of my time. This is the 3rd logans roadhouse I have been to and the third time I have had a bad experience. Don’t plan on ever returning ever again !!!

I had excellent service from staff. But keep in mind after sharing comments with wait staff, I was not approached by management. Dinner low par. Probably won’t return if I’m to pay the check.
I have been here 3 times and have had steak once and prime rib once. Both times I was disappointed. The steak was not what I ordered and I told the waitress that and she argued with me. Sent an email to complain and was sent certificates and an apology. I ordered the 16 ounce prime rib. It was about a quarter of an inch thick and there was more fat than meat. I have had prime rib many times but this was the worst. This place really needs to spend some time. Training its chef.
Use to be a good place. This use to be a decent place to eat. The service is poor and the food is okay. I stop going after several attempts at eating there and waiting 10 minutes for a waitress/waiter. I walked out on several occasions. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.
