After being seated I waited 5 minutes or more for someone to wait on me. It was only after I asked to speak to a manager that I was brought chips and a drink. My server came and took my order being very rude. He later brought out my food only saying ‘there you go’ and dropping the plate away from me. I burned my hand pulling the plate to me. Just after I had started eating he came back with the check, tossed it on the table and again only saying ‘there you go’. I asked another server to speak to a manager, still no one came. My server never came to check on me and I clearly needed a refill on my drink. After I ate, I asked again to speak to a manager and was finally able to speak to someone not long after that. He apologized saying the waiter should not have acted like that but there was nothing more he would do. It’s sad really because the food was wonderful but the service was awful. Will not be going back.
