Oh Panera, how I love thee! Thank you for bringing such goodness to Oxford, Alabama. As you might expect, the soups and salads are absolutely delicious (not to mention healthy). We only recently discovered just how good it is, and now I’m there at least three times a week! They have a fantastic Chicken Greek Salad and the Creamy Tomato Soup is out of control. I’m not too big on pastries but I highly recommend the Carrot Cake.
