Just left and was so glad to get outside – we were so cold! Told the greeter and our waitress. We heard other people complaining and others shivering. Also – ordered an appetizer and waited and waited. She brought our meals out and we asked about our appetizer. She looked panicked. We told her to forget about it. She brought it out anyway and it was almost burnt. Not a great experience!
After walking in the door, not even greeted or looked at by employees walking by, we waited for 15 minutes. Then we left because nobody even acknowledged our presence. A few weeks later, we tried again and this time we were actually greeted and seated in a reasonable amount of time. The waitress was ignoran, service was horrible and the food was medicore at best. Never again, never again.
