We usually get take out so not sure about the service in general but the one time we ate in I wasn’t impressed. . I really liked there Fish and Chips Basket .I had the Shrimp Basket another time but it was very greasy . It’s an average rating as far as food goes. I can think of better places.

Don’t expect your food to come out to the table without a substantial wait. It is mediocre, some options you won’t find elsewhere. Worth a try, but dont go if you are planning on getting dinner to your family quick!
Good wings!. Been to this location a few times. The service was a little slow on one occasion during lunch, but the other times that I have gone it has not been an issue. The wings and burgers are very good. Definitely worth a shot.
HORRIBLE!!!. The food was horrible, the servers were rude, the did not know anything about their products, the food was sooo salty, and that isn’t half of it. We couldn’t even eat it and all our waitress said was can I get you something else. I said no way! The bathrooms were horrible. Last Sunday, we were heading back to Mobile from Pell City and stopped by because it wasn’t busy. I KNOW WHY! Beefs has lost me a customer all the way around. NEVER will I visit another Beefs for anything! They are usually edible and fast and friendly, at home anyway. NOT in Prattville!
The service is TERRIBLE!!!! Other customers have been seated, eaten, left and another party seated and we are still waiting for our food!
