BAD!!. Fries were hard as rocks and food tasted funny-temp on some was cold-when called and tried to speak with manager was told he was not there and neither was the assistant–told cashier of problem-said nothing they could do-wasted $31.00 that nite–told him I would write this up on restaurant ratings and he stated to go ahead!! Asked when Manager would be there and was told did not know! Bad service and bad food!!
Focus on quality over quantity. The food is never fresh and needs to be rotated more often on the buffet. All of the dishes I tried were cold or luke warm. Most of the food choices were fried and when fried food gets cold, its just not worth eating.
Take out was not great. Food seemed old.
White People Chinese Food. Let’s face it, calling these restaurants Chinese is a bit of a misnomer. However, in the Prattville area if you are looking for a Chinese Buffet, this is your best choice. All selections on the buffet are fresh and regularly replenished. They offer a Mongolian BBQ line as well, where the meat is cut to the right thickness so that it cooks with your veggies at the right rate so everything comes out tasty, nothing undercooked or overcooked. The staff is courteous and the restaurant is clean. So far they continue to exceed the efforts of their competition here in Prattville.
