Pork was dry and cold.

I had high hopes for this place but was very disappointed. BBQ pork was dry. Beans and slaw were mediocre at best.
Best BBQ in Montgomery. good hometown feel.
Can you say leftovers. I went there for a 2nd and last time. The Pork BBQ is terrible. It seemed to be reheated BBQ from yesterday. It was like this the first time I went also. If they didn’t have BBQ sauce on the table I couldn’t have even ate the stuff. I didn’t care for the sauce very much either. As dry as it could be and everyones plates looked dry. Fries were good and hot. Waitress was as LAZY as they come. She handed plates to us asking to pass it down.
Very overrated. There is absolutely nothing special about the food here. The ribs we ordered were overcooked to the point of being dry, the beans and potato salad tasted purchased versus homemade, the chicken (dark meat!) was dry. Maybe it was just a bad night in the kitchen, but our first visit was definitely our last.
Best barbecue in the tricounty area. Fries are awesome and banana pudding that’ll rock your world
