Average. The pizza is really greasy and the wait time for food is long. Just go to Uncle Mick’s Cajun Restaurant down the street. Much better.
THE PLACE TO EAT!. Finally a great tasting pizza right in the heart of downtown Prattville! Of course, we sometimes get the delicious sandwiches. Nice clean, family atmosphere..Creative decor too!
Fox’s Pizza has a variety of delicious items from which to choose. They have many different sizes of pizza, hoagies, stromboli, spaghetti, great salads. They keep adding items. They now have pasta bakes which are delicious. They have a new special that includes a huge slice of pizza, salad, and drink. They also now have specialty coffees. We come here a lot for lunch. There’s plenty of comfortable seating. It’s located in historic Prattville with authentic hardwood floors.
Worst customer service. Ordered pizza with another couple we were with, there pizza came out first and after 15 minutes asked where our order was and was informed they delivered it to the wrong table. How hard is it to see the numbers given to you by the front desk and give it to another table whose number is not even close to ours. Talked with the senior manager and wanted a deal on the meal and he said we could have our order for free then after another 30 minutes I asked where are food was at and he acted clueless. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone and will address this issue with other places. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this area, I guess you just have to be able to walk around delivering food to tables without any education at all because my 7 year old daughter can read numbers. When I spoke with the senior manager there he just kept apologzing, but if I was the manager there that girl would have been fired. Common sense tells me that if you issue numbers out for orders to place on the table you would collect them after the order has been delivered, but I guess that would take more then a GED to figure out.
The location and atmosphere is great but. Pizza is over priced. And tastes like cheap frozen pizza to me. Also they do not have tap water. So you either have to pay for a bottle or get a different drink. I won’t go back

I have been several times enjoyed it each time
