We just went with our family and spent over $100 , in what was an overpriced menu. It also took over 1 hour to get our sandwiches. I make better sandwiches at home and oh they also charge for water and whip cream
All around bad. I took my children to House of Java while I attended a meeting there. The place was clean and had a nice ambiance. I ordered a latte. The drink was weak, tasted watered down, and not a very nice coffee flavor. That being said, it was not a terrible drink. I would have drank another while I knitted and watch my kids play. The kids were able to play in the indoor playground, very big plus in my book. My daughter hurt her arm in the play-place, she has a nice little bruise on her elbow. My 3 year old son opened the door to the play-place and snagged his toe on the bottom of the door. It bent his toenail in half. Bleeding, screaming, crying, I had to ask for a napkin and a band-aid. No one came to my aid. Not one person working there apologized, or even offered to help. I had to carry my laptop, purse, my 2 children’s meal, shoes, and my son, while watching out for my 5 year old daughter as we struggled with the door and maneuvered across the parking lot to our car. The girl working said to me that it happens all the time, and the man working cringed and said he hates to see those kind of injuries. I am just flabbergasted! They will not be getting my business again!
