Waitress had an attitude. Waited7 minutes for drinks, which were in need of ice. Rolls took 15 minutes. The waitress said they had to fight to get them n the kitchen. Took an hour to get food, some was cold. Steaks were tough. 5 people got their salads 4-5 minutes before the other 2. Dinners were served 2-3 minutes apart. Don’t plan to go back.
Even though it was busy the service was extremely slow. My ribeye was dry but the rice pilaf was good.. My husbands filet was over cooked and the lobster was very salty, my favorite thing about the meal was my cranberry raspberry tea which was delicious! other than that it was ok.

Visited this place during the weekday (7/21) since my Aunt likes this place and she always gets good service and good food when she visits but not this time. Just had a party of 6 and a friend arrived earlier and got us a table.Server had our drink order within a reasonable amount of time but wasnt very familiar at all with the beer selection on draft or bottles and refered us to the drink menu.Place our food order soon after but this is where things went down hill-we had to wait almost an hour for our food.I ordered the Monday night T-bone special medium but arrived over cooked, my wife ordered her filet medium rare but came to her cold-like it had been sitting waiting to be picked up for awhile. Had to return it for another one which came back as ordered.The side items of veggies and mushrooms were acceptable, my beer was not very cold and the ice cold mug didnt help as it wasnt very cold either.All in all, the service and some menu items distracted the total experience of our dinner. Our server didnt come to our table much and left empty plates and glasses on the table instead of removing them.Maybe we should have gone to Longhorn or Outback for better service, maybe we will next time we are in the area.
For this kind of money. go somewhere else. We have ate here several times. when they first opened it was great,but these last four times have been not so great. steaks were cooked great on the inside. but taste like cardboard and burnt on the outside. not getting any silverware, looking for our waiter. it has gone down hill. and ive heard worse stories from some of my friends.
Had the ribeye medium rare, steak was cooked just right. To bad that 1/3 of the steak was fat. I have never seen so much fat on a ribeye.Potato and salad was good though, for $35.00 with tip something had to be good.Eat some where else.08 Mar, 2012Mediocre steak at best. Steak brought to my table cold. Poor wait staff.Lots of room for improvement here.Eat so where else.
Best place in town for our family. This is our favorite place in town to go as a family. We have always had the best service, even when it was really busy and/or we came in a large party. We have a lot of picky eaters and the food has always been very pleasing to everyone. My husband is very particular about his steak and he says this is the best place around to get one. I highly recommend this restaurant.
