Love the restaurant, friendly service and caters well to kids. Not very authentic but a local favorite for us! Frequented 2010-2011.
Not very good. The food was bland. Everything could have used more spice. The salsa was okay, but nothing to write home about. Also, they charge you $2.50 if your table needs a refill of salsa. The waitress was friendly and the restaurant was clean, but there is much better Mexican food in Prattville.
Popular spot, but mediocre food and service. Our waiter made me feel like we had to hurry, eat, and go. Nothing special about the salsa or food.
Not very good. Bland boring.
Not worth the irritation. The food is passable … it’s the standard Alabama version of Mexican food. The service is alright – I’ve never had truly BAD service here, but I’ve never had truly excellent service, either. My issue is that there is always, always, always a table full of children left unsupervised – I’m guessing these are the employee’s children – they’re loud and not very well-behaved, and it’s just not what I want to listen to when I’m in a restaurant.
My favorite Mexican place in the River Region. The chilaquiles are the best in the area.
LOVE this Mexican food! Well traveled military family originally from California and this is the beat we have found in Alabama. It may not be extremely authentic but it’s real good and the service is great!
