Bar tender was friendly, got a to-go order didn’t have to wait to place my order or get my food. It was a good amount of food at a fair price. Consistent chain restaurant nothing special.
The food and service leave much to be desired. Supposedly, they have a brand new grill cook that’s awesome. However , the service is beyond slow and the food is below average. #terrywhite
Average. Ate this O’Chalreys today for the first time in years. My husband had the catfish, I had the chicken. Overall, average, good food. The problem was, we had to wait on everything! They brought my husband out cold fries, so we asked for hot fries, our meal was almost complete before they came out. Had to get up and get our own ketchup, had to wait for condiments to go with our lunch, wait on rolls, wait on drink refills. A to go order taken after our order was keyed in was brought out first! Nothing was really impressive about our lunch, food was good, but they need to improve on many other points to make the place great.
Good as usual. We like O’Charleys allot, their crispy pecan chicken salad is great!It’s a chain, but it’s good food and in a good location. Price is pretty standard and there’s always a table in the back for us…:)
