Okay, due to the restaurant’s location, it is usually not crowded inside. I eat here frequently and I find my experience to differ each time. Usually, the customer service is average at best. I can say that the food has never disappointed me however. It has alot of room to improve, but there are far worse restaurants out there.

Horrible service. I ordered 2 pizzas from here. About 2 hours later and 4 phone calls, they told me my food wasn’t coming. They said they were out of cheese. How stupid to be out of cheese!!! I haven’t used a Pizza Hut since. They didn’t even offer me anything for my trouble. I had two young children who didn’t get to eat until 9:00. Horrible!!!
