SLOW. This is by far the slowest service of any sonic I have ever been to. Every time we go there it takes 30+ minutes to get our order in and actually get, even a drink, to our car.
This place has horrible customer service! I tried to eat there at lunch today. I pushed the intercom button and waited. And waited, and waited. After 8 minutes I thought the intercom might be broken, so I moved to a neighboring stall and hit the intercom button. A few minutes later I finally heard someone answer the intercom at the previous stall! I waited a few more minutes to see if someone would answer at my second stall, but to no avail. After waiting a total of over 15 minutes without placing an order I left, hungry and annoyed, and ended up eating somewhere else. I don’t see how this place can stay in business–they weren’t busy enough to justify losing customers. And I wasn’t the only one that left hungry. I noticed another lady in her truck left without food too. Lame.

I will say the staff was visual from the window and seemed to be having a good time not filling orders. Also, the other car was still without their order. TERRIBLE service. Close it.
Soggy tots. I am a fan of Sonic, but the Tots I ordered from this location were hardly cooked. They were soggy and flavorless. Maybe it was just a bad day for the guy at the fryer…
