Terrible service. My family was in there 1 hour and 45 minutes for hamburgers:( then they were served cold. Manager came out to table he has no customer service manners. Don’t recommend for anyone especially families
Loved it. Burger was good, the fries were good, the milkshakes were amazing!! Having a waiter at a fast food place is kind of weird, but whatever. I will be eating here again!
We have been to this location before and the service had been adequate, but today was horrible. People that were seated after us were asked their drink orders before us. When we tried to get the server’s attention while she was standing next to our table she blatantly ignored us. We decided to take our business elsewhere.
Service was extremely slow and fries were cold when they finally arrived.
The burger selection is extensive. From classic cheeseburger to a triple stack with guacamole or a fried egg on top for the more adventurous. I feel like the prices are very reasonable, many meals costing around 4 or 5 dollars. Shoestring fries, which some don’t like but they are a good change of pace and crispy.
Awesomeness. Best tasting burgers and shakes you will ever taste. I have enjoyed their burgers, shake and fries since I was a child. They are entering the Birmingham market and I cant be happier.
