Pretty good. Clean and nice atmosphere. I usually don’t eat glutton free foods but what I purchased was pretty good. The lady that owns it is nice
This place serves paleo/ gluten free food. They usually post the menu a week ahead of time and you order it online and pick it up the week after. You can also walk into the store and pick up something to go as well. The place is very clean (99 score). I tried the frittata and it was good!
Great meals to go and yummy baked goods! One place I know I can always get made from scratch clean foods that will not upset my stomach. Thank you CIB
Paleo food is excellent. Super friendly service. You can tell this business is a passion. Keep up the good food! Glad we have some healthy options in bluff park,help support this new local establishment.
