Scary bad sushi. Rolls dry with gummy rice. Sashimi had tuna salmon and whitefish.. some was still frozen.. all was sliced thick thick. plastic garnish. Dry and devoid of flavor. No miso. No clear. Dreadful egg drop soup. Ok hot and sour. One lady doing everything. Must have been the wrong night. At least she had the grace not to charge us. Stick to the chinese fair. Better fresh fish in the grocery store or local mega buffet. Huge disappointment.

Family owned Mt Laurel. This place has a cozy hometown feel but international flare. After our family lived in Asia and Europe we settled in Birmingham. Thank goodness we found Mt laurel, it has a euro walking lifestyle and our kids practice their Chinese with the owners of shiki Sakura. The Japanese rolls are healthy and pretty well made, and the steamed dumplings, and miso soup are a hit. The waiters cooks and owners are kind and friendly, and remind us of the classic Asian hospitality extended to us while living near Seoul, We really love this place.17 Sep, 2014Family owned Mt Laurel. Very Good, Friendly, Reasonable, and Tasty. A special place for casual dining! This has been one of our weekly go-to restaurants for over a year. Our favorites are the Teriaki Chicken (grilled just right) and Shrimp and Rice. Their soup is always very good, and the egg and spring rolls are as well. We appreciate that they will allow you to change the menu to suit your tastes. The owner and his family members are courteous, although when it is a busy day they can’t spend much time with you which is reasonable. It is among the most friendly of all the restaurants that we visit, and there are many in the area. The prices are reasonable, and the small resaurant space offers a cozy ambience in the commercial district of the Town of Mt. Laurel. For casual dining at fair prices with a very good cuisine, it’s one of the best!

Located in a beautiful community secluded in the hills, this is one of those hidden gems you brag about finding. Expansive menu, the food is fresh and delicious made with care by a clearly dedicated chef. Prices are very competitive, bathrooms were spotless, eating area very clean and pleasantly decorated. Our server was friendly and charming as well! This is the place, people!

This is a really great restaurant. The servers are nice. Only one of them can speak very good English. They make all of the staple dishes of American style Chinese food very well: Mongolian beef, egg rolls, chicken fried rice etc. My favorite part about this restaurant is their beautifully crafted sushi. I was getting takeout and didn’t think to order the sushi until I got there, and they whipped it up in only fifteen minutes. Fresh and scrumptious.
