Best Late Night Satisfaction. Love going to Arby’s after work at 2AM. The sandwiches are made to perfection. Not sloppy or thrown together. I know when I see that tall lady making sandwhiches I’m going home happy and satisfied. Sometimes I call to see if she’s there but I never get an answer. The Arby’s on 7th ave. South is the best
BAD. UGH!! I bought an OVERpriced BLT. When I went to grab the sandwich out of the bag it fell apart all over me and most of the area around me. I had to throw away half of the sandwich since most of it hit the ground. Halfass wrapping. Not to mention the fries were stale. Will NEVER go back to arbys downtown birmingham. Over priced and worthless employeesThen when I called to try and explain it to the manager she was just RUDE. Like I was the one that did something wrong. Guess that will just be the LAST time I ever go there. POS
Faster than Drive Through?. I like Arby’s. Marketfresh sandwiches, tastiest shakes, and of course – Roast beef. It’s one of the places that, when I need a shake, I swing by for one, even if it’s a small one off the value menu. And this location is great, near the UAB Hospital. But like another reviewer said, save yourself the trouble and go inside. The drive through is often slow, makes mistakes, has been rude, and generally isn’t a good experience. But the inside – it is night and day. The staff are incredibly friend, make fewer mistakes, fix them with a smile, and generally it’s a very positive eating experience. Rarely have I had a problem getting a table even during lunch rush since people tend to eat and go. The parking lot is a bit tricky, but usually there are enough spots and you’ll be in and out sometimes faster than the drive through. Sad note – I noticed that the Jalapeno poppers are gone! Bad move, Arby’s. Those things are tasty and I even spent the extra money for them, frugal as I am.
Go Inside for Better Service. The drive-thru is usually slow. I like to think of it as an encouragement to get out of the car and walk inside. Once you’re inside, you get great service, friendly employees, and always a delicious meal. Oh, and they have fountain Mountain Dew.
